| The furnace is composed of upper and lower furnace bodies, and the shell is welded with H-shaped steel and thick steel plates. A low-load, long-life flexible heating plate is arranged in the furnace, and a plurality of layers of aluminum silicate acupuncture blankets are laminated between the heating plate and the shell, which is light in weight and has good heat preservation performance. The upper and lower furnace bodies are equipped with tensioning devices for quick connection and disassembly. Furnaces are used for partial annealing after welding of helical pipe rows and related pipe and header assembly (corner welds) in boiler manufacturing. Or for a variety of non-standard parts of the overall heat treatment, but also according to customer needs design and processing production! |
